“Amazing Views, Convenient Location” - El Estero A2

We booked this condo for 10 nights this month, and it was a supremely enjoyable stay. The view of the lagoon from the balcony and the pool deck is gorgeous, especially at sunset. I enjoyed watching the various exotic birds that frequented the mangroves nearby and occasionally visited the pool deck.

The pool was well-maintained, cool, and clean, and Wi-Fi from the condo was accessible from the poolside. The interior of the condo was beautifully decorated, and it was very clean upon arrival. It contained every essential for a comfortable long-term stay: cookware, plates, silverware, toaster, fridge, working A/C and fans, hot shower, bath and beach towels, and a TV.

The location was very convenient, being just north of San Pedro. We have stayed south of San Pedro before, where the road is unpaved; the paved road on the north side provides quick and easy access into town. There are plenty of bars and restaurants available on the north side without even having to drive into San Pedro, as well as a convenience store.

We loved our time on Ambergris Caye, and a large portion of our enjoyment is owed to this lovely new build. I would highly recommend it to any future visitors to the island.

3 BR Beachfront with Private Pool! - Truely Awesome place

I rented this place for my 50th birthday and brought 5 dear friends with me. The location is great, the caretaker(Antonio), is on his game, the house was clean and nicely furnished. The dock is wide and long with a pavilion at the end to sit in the shade and listen the the roar of the Caribbean hitting the reef. The entire upstairs is the master bedroom, it good to be the king or birthday boy. I would NOT hesitate to recommend or return to Tropical Escape. Simply put.........You can't go wrong renting this place!

“We, 2 adults a 2 teenage kids, stayed for 8 days, a week after the hurricane, and the property was pristine thanks to Antonio. White fine sand. Beautiful house. Open living spaces. Air conditioning was very nice for us northerners. We used it less and less during our stay. Pool is a real plus which is refreshingly cooler than the ocean. Location is excellent being far enough from San Pedro away from development, but just close enough for the golf cart. I’d recommend a 6-person cart if your group is more than 2 since getting supplies from town can use the extra room. Plus, passengers can sit facing forward. The reef is a 15-minute paddle with the 2 kayaks at the house. There are no anchors at the reef so bring a long rope for snorkeling to tie to you. No snorkel gear at the house so it’s worth bringing your own. House has a bbq too. A fellow named Clinton took us on a local fishing/lobster trip in front of the house and to Mexico rocks preserve just up the coast. He cooked with the house bbq and served us too for a major highlight of our trip. Portofino resort restaurant is a 5-minute walk to the north and is very enjoyable. In other words, the house was in the perfect location for us. None of the resorts nearby are more than 2 floors that I could see. Improvements? Well there is a small stretch of road that is unimproved, but that is in dispute and will probably get improved soon. The kitchen could be more appointed if you are really serious about cooking. Steve Childress was indispensable for us first timers setting up our travel connections and activities. You wanna be him. We were late arriving into Belize city and missed the last ferry. Steve got us set up with Mayan air who would normally be closed. He met us at the airport w our cart and guided us at night to the house with a pit stop at the market. Take his locals advice since there are so many choices for a tourist. And Antonio is a wealth of Belizean perspective.

Lovely Location

Reviewer Comments: Relaxing stay. Good area to get away from the bustle of in-town. Mata Grande grocery is close by for food- can order ahead for food delivery upon arrival. Action Divers at Portofino are amazing. Antonio the caretaker is on top of things and super helpful. Some basic repair of the house and some easy upgrades are needed but overall it’s a beautiful home. ”

Fun Belize Beach House

“We stayed here for 5 nights and had a lot of fun. The highlight of the property is the outdoor area with a nice private pool with wonderful views of the ocean. There is plenty of sunny areas as well as shade especially in the afternoon. The dock is fun to sit out on or be dropped off after a day of snorkeling or scuba. The house has two two-person water kayaks, just ask Tony if they’re not out on the beach. Steve was a huge help with organizing a golf cart and met us at the water taxi to take us to pick up the golf cart and to the house. The house is North of town and the restaurants nearby are all at resorts.

Perfect Belize beach house

“This place was awesome. Beautiful beach house with spacious upstairs bedroom that includes 2 balconies. Perfectly placed on the beach with attached pool and in close proximity to many resorts. The beach was well maintained and it was an easy commute from the airport. Me and my wife had a great time here and would definitely come back again.
