+ Is there any provisioning avalable at the property?

Our properties have all the fixture and appliances you need for your stay. However, we dont provide provisioning so you will have to buy your own.

We can gladly assist you in obtaining your provisioning so that its available and ready for when you arrive. If this is something you would be interested in, please contact us to make arrangements.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, and deposits will be refunded net of a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all payments made through the date of cancellation. No refunds are made for early departures.

+ Is there maid service?

There is no daily maid service, but weekly cleanings will be provided for stays longer than 14 days.

+ How do I get my security deposit back?

Security deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days of departure pending inspectison by management and upon compliance with property policies and departure instructions and return of keys. Guests agree to be responsible for loss or damage to the property occurring during their stay, and to leave the property and contents in the same condition upon arrival. Losses or damages exceeding the security deposit will be documented and charged to the credit card provided at the date of reservation.

+ What is the Homeaway Service Fee?

The service fee is paid by the traveler when booking through the HomeAway (VRBO etc..) websites. This fee helps cover the costs of operating the websites for owners and travelers.

Please note, when you book directly on our website, you are not charged the service fee.

We do not have the ability to discount or waive the service fee amount.

+ I cancelled my reservation, how do I get the Homeaway Service Fee Refunded?

The only time the service fee can be refunded is when a reservation is cancelled within our system and it meets the terms of the our cancellation policy. Homeaway will then refund the service fee within 7-10 business days.

+ I am interested in doing some tours, can you help?

Certainly! We have partnered up with several tour companies to provide you with the best experience possible. Just get in touch with us about what you would like to do and we will take care of the rest.

+ How do we get around the island?

The best way is to rent a golf cart if you plan to explore the island. Its very cost effective compared to getting around in a cab. We can help you reserve one and have it ready for you when you arrive.

Upon departure, we can assist you in returning the cart so that its one less thing for you to worry about.
