Sea Haven Beach House was completely renovated in February 2018 and shows as a tastefully-decorated new construction.  This private beachfront, completely-furnished home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, laundry, private pool, 2 palapas and a pier.  It’s comfortable for a family of 4-6 or two couples, each with their own bedroom and bath.

The home is raised off the ground, and a large staircase leads to the front door from the road/private parking.  The main living area consists of a fully-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and new stainless appliances, a dining area with seating for 6, living area with a queen-sized sofa sleeper and love seat and flat-panel television, and a half bath with stacked washer/dryer.  Beautiful Belizean hardwood cabinets and tiled floors are located throughout.  The rooms are cooled with air-conditioning units and ceiling fans.  Floor-to-ceiling patio doors lead to a tiled veranda off the main living area that overlooks the pool/yard and offers unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea.  No better place to watch a sunrise.

A tiled staircase leads to the second level consisting of two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.  One bedroom has a king bed with a dresser, closet, flat-panel television, and a full bathroom with shower.  The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, flat-panel television, and a full bathroom with shower.  Both bathrooms have granite counter tops, and both bedrooms have air conditioning and share an east-facing veranda for breathtaking sunrises and stunning views of the sea.

On the beach, the above-ground pool has a shallow area for getting your toes wet (1 foot deep), soaking area (4 feet deep), and a small pool deck for sunbathing.  A palapa in the yard next to the pool has a table/chairs - a nice location to eat a meal or gather together.  The pier with ladder makes accessing the sea possible or maybe enjoy the sea breeze under the palapa at the end of the pier.

The house rents with 2 paddle boards and life vests for either adults or children.

Although there are other homes in the area, the property is fairly secluded being 5 miles south of San Pedro Town.  Because of its distance from town, we recommend renting a golf cart (about a 30-minute golf cart ride).  A taxi can be called and will cost approximately $30 USD one way.  Ask us about our service to provision the home with groceries prior to your arrival for convenience.

The large master bedroom with queen bed has plenty of storage, and the bathroom is attached. The other bedroom also located on the main floor has a full bed, and the bathroom is around the corner. A beautiful spiral staircase brings you into the loft which has a queen size swinging bed, a full bed and access to the 3rd balcony which has view over the lagoon.

The home sleeps up to 8 people, is air conditioned, includes free Wi-Fi and has three TVs.  A grocery store is located close by for your convenience, and you can park your golf cart(s) in the yard.

Our management team can assist you with your travel plans to and from the island as well as golf cart rentals, excursions, fishing and snorkeling trips and any other needs and activities that are important to you.

This unit is north of the Sir Barry Bowen Bridge, and there is a $2.50 USD bridge toll (one way) for each pass over the bridge with a golf cart. Taxi cabs generally include this toll in their fares.

Casa de Mango is a beach home situated approximately 4 miles south of San Pedro town in a quiet residential neighborhood.  As you enter the property, you see the unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea and barrier reef.  There is a spacious sandy beach/front yard to enjoy sunny days, and a palapa to grab lunch and a cool drink and some shade.  A wood pier provides access to the water for a swim, and boats can pick you up right at your doorstep when you are off to go snorkeling or diving for the day.

The home has two stories.  At ground level, you will find a picnic table and charcoal barbeque grill.  The main living area is on the first story with a spacious tiled veranda that overlooks the yard and sea and serves as the entrance to an open living and dining area.  A modern kitchen is at the rear of the home as is a half bath and laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer.

The stairs lead up to the second story where you will find a master queen bedroom, twin guest bedroom and a shared bathroom with shower.  There are patio doors in the master bedroom that lead to second tiled veranda overlooking the yard and sea.

The kitchen and each bedroom have air conditioning units, but the whole house benefits from the sea breezes when it's opened up.

El Estero is a new development located on the west side of Ambergris Caye, approximately 2 miles north of San Pedro town.  The complex is waterfront, situated on a lagoon where you will find mangroves and a natural habitat for wildlife including egrets, herons, kingfishers, pelicans, cranes, and orioles.

The condominiums at El Estero are located on either the ground level, a first level or a second level.  All of the units are modern with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and are well-appointed with everything you need while you're away from home.  There are tiled floors and beautiful Belizean hardwood cabinetry throughout, modern appliances, air conditioning and ceiling fans.  Each unit has a private veranda facing west, giving you stunning sunset views over the water. 

At approximately 550 square feet, units are well-designed and make good use of the space.  Open kitchen/dining/living areas keep the space bright and airy.  Bedrooms are spacious enough for king-sized beds, and the bathrooms include a vanity and shower.

All units have access to roof top decks which offer views of the Caribbean Sea to the east and long-distance views of the lagoon into Ambergris Bay to the west.  A waterfront community pool is perfect for cooling off while enjoying the sounds of nature and catching a sunset.  A spacious pool deck offers a variety of seating.
