Casa De Mango is located on the southern part of San Pedro.
Casa de Mango is a beach home situated approximately 4 miles south of San Pedro town in a quiet residential neighborhood. As you enter the property, you see the unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea and barrier reef. There is a spacious sandy beach/front yard to enjoy sunny days, and a palapa to grab lunch and a cool drink and some shade. A wood pier provides access to the water for a swim, and boats can pick you up right at your doorstep when you are off to go snorkeling or diving for the day.
The home has two stories. At ground level, you will find a picnic table and charcoal barbeque grill. The main living area is on the first story with a spacious tiled veranda that overlooks the yard and sea and serves as the entrance to an open living and dining area. A modern kitchen is at the rear of the home as is a half bath and laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer.
The stairs lead up to the second story where you will find a master queen bedroom, twin guest bedroom and a shared bathroom with shower. There are patio doors in the master bedroom that lead to second tiled veranda overlooking the yard and sea.
The kitchen and each bedroom have air conditioning units, but the whole house benefits from the sea breezes when it's opened up.

El Estero is a new development located on the west side of Ambergris Caye.
El Estero is a new development located on the west side of Ambergris Caye, approximately 2 miles north of San Pedro town. The complex is waterfront, situated on a lagoon where you will find mangroves and a natural habitat for wildlife including egrets, herons, kingfishers, pelicans, cranes, and orioles.
The condominiums at El Estero are located on either the ground level, a first level or a second level. All of the units are modern with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and are well-appointed with everything you need while you're away from home. There are tiled floors and beautiful Belizean hardwood cabinetry throughout, modern appliances, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Each unit has a private veranda facing west, giving you stunning sunset views over the water.
At approximately 550 square feet, units are well-designed and make good use of the space. Open kitchen/dining/living areas keep the space bright and airy. Bedrooms are spacious enough for king-sized beds, and the bathrooms include a vanity and shower.
All units have access to roof top decks which offer views of the Caribbean Sea to the east and long-distance views of the lagoon into Ambergris Bay to the west. A waterfront community pool is perfect for cooling off while enjoying the sounds of nature and catching a sunset. A spacious pool deck offers a variety of seating.
El Estero is in close proximity of several restaurants and bars and a convenience store.
Fun Belize Beach House
“We stayed here for 5 nights and had a lot of fun. The highlight of the property is the outdoor area with a nice private pool with wonderful views of the ocean. There is plenty of sunny areas as well as shade especially in the afternoon. The dock is fun to sit out on or be dropped off after a day of snorkeling or scuba. The house has two two-person water kayaks, just ask Tony if they’re not out on the beach. Steve was a huge help with organizing a golf cart and met us at the water taxi to take us to pick up the golf cart and to the house. The house is North of town and the restaurants nearby are all at resorts.

Perfect Belize beach house
“This place was awesome. Beautiful beach house with spacious upstairs bedroom that includes 2 balconies. Perfectly placed on the beach with attached pool and in close proximity to many resorts. The beach was well maintained and it was an easy commute from the airport. Me and my wife had a great time here and would definitely come back again.

Our whole family had the best experiences there, from the sunrises, to the food, the culture, and of course the great wonderful warm people. Going to Belize is a memory of a lifetime. There wasn’t one thing I could think of that the house lacked, it had everything, the pool was delightful. In my book this place is at the top of the list. Jessi was there to meet us coming and going to help us with all of our luggage and directions to the house. Antonio was there full time, kept the grounds immaculate and answered any questions we had.”

“We stayed at Tropical Escape Villa for 6 wonderful nights. This house is absolutely beautiful; the pictures online do not do it justice! There was plenty of room for 6 of us and we were always busy swimming, kayaking to the reef, fishing from the dock, relaxing. Steve was wonderful! He helped with booking the home to arranging a golf cart for us on arrival as well as a taxi for our luggage. Tony is on the property making sure everything was perfect on a daily basis, he even cut open a coconut for the kids which they loved. The ride into San Pedro was not bad at all we enjoyed our trips into town for dinner and shopping. We went deep sea fishing one day and a tour of Lamanai another. In all we loved this home and location. It’s beautiful and we were sad to leave. Our stay on Ambergris Caye at Tropical Escape Villa was by far our best family vacation and we can’t wait to return! We loved Belize

Reviewer Comments: The property was as described with nice ocean views, comfortable space for our two couples, nice furnishings and functional kitchen. Laundry facilities a plus, and the pool and Palapa were great spots to relax and congregate. The caretaker, Tony, was on site daily and provided information and assistance, as well as clearing the beachfront of a never ending accumulation of seaweed. Location near the Portofino resort and restaurant was very convenient and we booked several excellent excursions with Action Divers there with Gaby an excellent guide. The only negatives...the 5+ miles of horrible pot holes and dirt road from San Pedro to Tropical Escape by golf cart, and the fact that the water frontage offered only eel grass and no sandy beach so swimming from the shore was not possible.”
