El Gran Castillo de Arena - Check Out The New Dock and Expanded Sandy Beach!

We’re excited to share a quick “teaser” video to showcase some of the exterior renovations under way at El Gran Castillo, our expansive estate right on the sea in North Ambergris Caye!

As we’ve mentioned, new owners are enhancing what was already a 5* vacation experience - beautiful soft sand is being delivered to fill in the expansion, landscaping is being refreshed, and new mattresses, linens, and more are en route…all will be ready for our first available booking date on November 1!

Since El Gran Castillo is new to our portfolio, the booking calendar is wide open - INCLUDING COVETED HOLIDAY DATES! If you waited too long to book a stay this winter, have no fear - El Gran Castillo is ready to accommodate your group.

NEW Photos and Virtual Tours for Sandcastle House

Now that it’s a slower time of year for tourism (but perhaps my favorite time to visit! No big crowds, lower rates, and LOBSTER!), we are updating photos for many of our properties, and shooting virtual tours.

This week, we’re sharing Sandcastle House in the Tres Cocos area, about 1/2 mile north of the bridge. It’s close enough to town to be convenient, yet in a more tranquil setting.

What makes Sandcastle so unique is it offers two, one-bedroom complete apartments, which can be rented individually or combined via a lock-off door if you have a larger group. The rentals span the first floor of the home.

Sandcastle is an oceanfront home with dock, so you can be picked up for tours or excursions right in your backyard! There is a pool and lounge furniture to enjoy the sea views.

The home is in an electronically-gated yard, meaning your cart is safe and secure.

You can walk to a handful of restaurants and bars, and a grocery store, for the ultimate in convenience.

Still not sure Sandcastle is the right vacation home for you? Take a virtual walk-through!
