Yesterday, the BTB Inspection was completed on a new estate to our portfolio, “Bajo El Banyan” - or, “Under the Banyan” - a gorgeous, tropical tree which is the centerpiece of this amazing property!
While we can’t accept bookings until the physical license is issued, we’re excited to share a “sneak peek” video of the fully renovated interiors - let us know what you think!
There are three separate spaces at Bajo El Banyan:
-An Upper Unit (which you see in the image above) showcasing vaulted wood ceilings, a private, ocean-facing screened-in porch, 2 bedrooms and a remodeled bathroom;
-A Lower Unit with gorgeous quartz counters, a workspace, private patio, 1 bedroom, and luxurious tiled bath;
-A Casita with a Kitchenette, private patio, and studio-style layout.
Each space boasts top-of-the-line kitchenware, brand-new mattresses and luxury linens, new TVs and soundbars, and gorgeous new furnishings.
On the expansive, gated homesite, you find ample parking, hammocks, Adirondack chairs, and the new owner invested in a BioMist system, which greatly reduces mosquitoes with a natural repellent, making dusk and dawn far more pleasant for our guests.
There is also a wooden dock, so you can join fishing, snorkeling, or diving tours right in your backyard - the boats can pick you up directly!
